This position will primarily focus on filing, scanning, and organizing documents, along with providing general administrative support as required. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain practical office experience in a professional environment.Hours of Work: 35-40 hours per week, Monday to FridayPlease note that this job posting is intended to fill a vacancy. - Scanning and digitizing files
- Assisting with records management and document organization
- Providing general administrative support to staff
- Performing other related duties as assignedQualifications- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program
- Preference will be given to a student enrolled in Business Administration or Office Administration programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and file management)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
