- Developing and maintaining effective sales and marketing efforts to maximize AG Loan growth, deposit growth and sales of peripheral products to help our members succeed in business
- Proactively building relationships with existing and future members
- Staying up to date on lending and deposit services, products, policies, and legislation
- Maximizing our existing portfolio including loan and deposit growth
- Developing and submitting renewal applications
- Recommending rates within discretionary limits and approving loans within lending authority
- Evaluating requests on the basis of policy, risk, and profitability
- 3 to 5 years of progressive lending and AG Banking experience
- Demonstrated ability in all facets of credit granting and sales of Business Banking products over a three to seven year period
- Business development, underwriting, compliance, and a basic knowledge of portfolio management
- Experience working and developing relationships with members, potential members, influential community people and employees
- University degree in a business discipline or sufficient experience in lieu of education
