
Sales Manager - RV Dealership

- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Work with sales staff to set clear goals and coach them to success
- Create and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee retention
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review training, review performance, and build team alignment
- Partner with the marketing department to develop sales strategies
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service and promote strong customer relationships
- Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a dealership sales management role ( RV industry experience strongly preferred; automotive considered )
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Passion for relationship building and customer satisfaction
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Professional appearance, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills
- Punctual, dependable, and results-driven.
