What you'll doOur Finance team plays a key role in helping us stay competitive in the ever-changing retail environment by providing accurate, timely, and high-quality financial planning & reporting, analysis, and advice. Reporting to the AVP, FP&A CTR, Specialty Banners, IT and Corporate Functions, this role will lead efficiency improvements during a period of significant transformation, help drive the organization to achieve its financial and strategic targets by providing financial insights though partnering with business clients.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of FP&A to support our CTR and Corporate Function teams by delivering seamless and timely forward looking financial and business information. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to drive change management initiatives, have excellent leadership capabilities and be able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables at once.
