- Support the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑paced People & Culture function within a luxury hospitality environment
- Lead, mentor, and engage the People & Culture team in collaboration with the Director of People & Culture
- Oversee immigration, relocation, and Task Force programs for the property
- Partner in shaping and executing the property’s talent acquisition strategy
- Support the delivery of leadership onboarding, department head coaching, and leadership development programs to ensure strong leadership capability and effective transitions
- Partner with the Director of People & Culture and leaders to manage employee relations matters, including investigations, discipline, and conflict resolution
- Provide People & Culture support to the Housing function, including owner relations, P&L and forecasting, employee relations, inventory management, and mentorship of the Housing Manager
- Oversee disability management and all employee leaves, advising leaders and employees throughout the process
- Champion employee events and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Four Seasons values and ethics
- Support the Director of People & Culture with People & Culture budgeting, performance management, goal setting, and individual development planning
- Act as a strong communicator and influencer, fostering effective communication internally and promoting the hotel’s People & Culture brand within the local community
- Serve as a culture carrier, consistently modeling Four Seasons values, leadership behaviors, and the Golden Rule with integrity and professionalism
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment
- Formal education in Human Resources or a related discipline, with CPHR designation an asset
- A values‑driven leader who naturally leads with the Golden Rule
- A passion for excellence, demonstrated through a positive, engaging, and people‑focused leadership style
- Strong working knowledge of Canadian payroll policies and procedures, government programs (including Employment Insurance and WorkSafeBC), BC Employment Standards, and the Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Proven experience with Canadian immigration programs, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrated success supporting high‑volume, seasonal recruitment cycles, with the ability to mentor and guide the Talent Acquisition Manager
- A solid understanding of luxury hospitality operations and service culture
- The ability to lead, inspire, and develop high‑performing teams
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgment, with the ability to navigate complex and sensitive conversations
- Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to establish trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An impeccable work ethic with strong time management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities

- Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 annual
