- Participate in the full life-cycle of program design, development, implementation and evaluation, including but not limited to needs analysis, creating/sourcing relevant materials, communications, surveys, facilitation and train the trainer sessions.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person programs and offerings related to talent development programs (will require internal facilitation certification).
- Facilitate program and project team meetings, provide regular updates to participants, leadership, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of program participation, and completion.
- Develop and deliver creative & effective communication campaigns to communicate value & engage learners for general & business unit specific initiatives.
- Prepare monthly scorecards and ad-hoc reports to showcase impact of learning programs and initiatives.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and inform future enhancements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design or related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred
- 5 + years of manager level experience, with strong experience executing complex, multifaceted learning programs
- Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills
- Strong learning program delivery and coordination experience
- Strong analytical skills, including data management, working in Excel, creating and analyzing survey data, tracking and reporting trends and delivering executive summaries
- Experience with learning technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), website design and maintenance, etc.
- Experience working with global, offshore resources and external vendors
- Experience in virtual event management a plus
- Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change when presented with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Experience using knowledge sharing tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Experience working with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Cura, Saba Cloud, etc.) and virtual meeting software (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.)
