Enterprise Account Manager

- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned enterprise accounts, building strong, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and business needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Lead account planning, including forecasting, goal setting, and strategic initiatives to achieve revenue and retention targets.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams across operations, sales, and management to deliver seamless solutions and services.
- Monitor account health, resolve issues, and proactively address risks to client satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, influencing product development and service improvements.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive updates.
- Builds professional and personal relationships, as appropriate, to secure the business by bringing customer-defined value.
- Follows all company policies & procedures, reflect organizational core values, and maintains a clean & safe working environment at all times.
- Participate in business and industry events, as required, with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and provide intelligence on market and customer trends and opportunities.
- Participate in training & development opportunities to expand knowledge of TC Products and sales techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or marketing discipline or comparable work experience
- Minimum 3 years successful selling experience including selling to large, multi-national customers
- Previous experience in manufacturing organization; preferred
- Knowledge of, and experience with, printing, retail industry, content, digital advertising, marketing; preferred
- Strong skills in PC-based software applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Word
- Mathematical skills - basic accounting, spreadsheet ability, basic problem-solving methods
- Demonstrated evidence of critical thinking, logic, patience, reasoning, empathy, continuous learning and development
- Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and visual management
- Presents comfortably to audiences both large and small
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively build and lead teams
- Ability to build relationships and to continually grow sales skills
