- Lead the end-to-end design, development, delivery and continuous improvement of myBestBuy.
- Create and execute targeted promotional campaigns to increase myBestBuy account adoption and usage, as well as Best Buy mobile app downloads.
- Develop new myBestBuy program features and benefits that expand the program’s value and desire. Complete and present a monthly business review of myBestBuy performance to key senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Develop creative digital wallet initiatives that increase sign-in, visitation rates and purchase frequency.
- Manage budgets for loyalty initiatives and measure performance and ROI results.
- 4-6 years experience designing and implementing retail loyalty programs.
- Progressive experience project managing the development and implementation of modern loyalty initiatives (or equivalent marketing programs) for a large enterprise.
- Excellent influencing, communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with leaders cross-functionally.
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing, CRM and ecommerce practices.
