Finance Project Manager

• The Finance and Tax Continuous Improvement & Innovation - Business Analyst/Project Lead will contribute to the delivery of the planned Finance and Tax process/tool optimization projects.
• Execute Transformation / Continous Improvement / Digital projects, where Finance processes are being automated and streamlined. (Project management and planification, Requirement formalization, Process Review, small automation development, coordination with Fresh/IT)
• Contribution to the Finance and Tax CII Community (community of Finance SMEs in charge of sharing their knowledge and best practice on Digital/CII topics)
• Experience within Financial Services Industries in international environments
• Good knowledge of Project Management processes and workflow (PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus)
• Strong Knowledge and significant experience with digital tools: data analytics and visualization tool (powerBI, Tableau, Alteryx,..)
• Strong Client Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Digital and Continuous Improvement Mindset / Experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical or seniority levels.
• Consulting skills
• Ability to effectively work with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.
