
HR & Payroll Coordinator

- Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems (ADP, SharePoint).
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general support to the People team.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, ensuring smooth processes and accurate data entry.
- Review payroll inputs for ADP processing.
- Assist with reconciliations and troubleshooting discrepancies as needed.
- Help prepare payroll documentation for audits and compliance.
- Process employee benefit changes and maintain accurate records.
- Work with external vendors to resolve employee questions.
- Support annual benefits renewals and communication to employees.
- Prepare workforce and payroll reports using Excel and other tools.
- Validate data for accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Assist with ad hoc data requests from HR and Finance.
- 3 years of experience in HR and/or payroll support.
- Strong Excel skills are required (formulas, pivot tables; macros).
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and SharePoint is an asset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Clear communicator with a service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll and/or benefits administration is an asset.
