You will oversee productivity, coach and develop team members, and support performance and capability growth. Through strong internal and external partnerships, you will help improve processes, drive consistency, and ensure operational excellence and customer success.Job Description:Major Job Functions:Model the way for a safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviors in support of Finning’s Safety Policies, Programs and initiativesCollaborate with the Product Support Service Manager and stakeholders at the Branch to ensure the successful execution of operationsCoordinate and schedule work orders and repairs, provide warranty decisions and administer claims as appropriateLead effective resolutions for customer and supplier issues to achieve high customer loyaltyMotivate and develop technicians to achieve personal and team performance objectivesProvide guidance to the teams on Finning policiesReview and monitor warranty statements to ensure business objectives are achievedManage and execute training requirements, performance evaluations and coaching sessions for all direct reportsQualifications:Heavy Equipment Technician certificate is preferredMinimum of five years of leadership experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent planning and organizational abilitiesComputer proficiency, including Microsoft applications, SIS, and Caterpillar corporate web platformsValid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstractNote:This position is based at the customer site, Kearl Lake working a 14x14 shift rotation.Customer flights and camp accommodation are providedAt Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
