- Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery and continuous iteration
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable product roadmaps, features, and requirements
- Actively manage the product backlog, including prioritization, grooming, and user story development, to keep teams focused and moving at pace
- Build a deep understanding of pharmacist/provider workflows to identify opportunities to reduce friction and eliminate duplication
- Design intuitive, efficient clinical experiences across tools (e.g., PMS, EMR, CDS, POCT integrations)
- Champion a “single workflow” vision across digital systems within the pharmacy
- Lead integration efforts across key systems (e.g., EMRs, pharmacy systems, booking tools, diagnostic and point-of-care testing platforms)
- Define clear requirements for interoperability and data flow (e.g., bidirectional data exchange, longitudinal patient context)
- Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform scalability and sustainability
- Partner cross-functionally with Pharmacy Operations, Clinical Excellence, Technology, Design, Analytics, and Regulatory teams
- Drive alignment on priorities, manage trade-offs, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Support go-to-market planning and rollout strategies across provinces
- Define and track success metrics (e.g., adoption, conversion, adherence, workflow efficiency)
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform experimentation and product decisions
- Continuously iterate based on user feedback and performance data
- Experience: 3+ years of Product Management experience, with exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or patient support program environments
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with provider-facing digital health solutions, pharmacy operations, and the broader healthcare landscape is strongly preferred
- Agile / Product Practices: Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and working closely with engineering teams in agile environments
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable defining metrics, running experiments, and using insights to guide product direction
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups, including operations, clinical, engineering, design, and regulatory
- Prioritization & Problem Solving: Strong ability to break down complex problems, define MVP solutions, phase and sequence complex work, and make thoughtful trade-offs in fast-paced environments
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and align teams and leadership
- Strong ownership of the end-to-end pharmacist/provider experience, with proactive ideas that align to strategy
- Measurable improvements in key operational metrics (e.g., adoption, adherence, workflow efficiency, care quality)
- High stakeholder confidence, with clear priorities and seamless cross-functional collaboration
- Product decisions consistently grounded in data and feedback, with risks and trade-offs proactively identified and managed
