- Build and maintain robust, professional relationships with clients, striving to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Concentrate sales efforts with End Users, Distribution Partners, Consulting Firms, and OEMs throughout Alberta.
- Work closely with internal teams, including inside sales, support, and management, to accomplish account goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Proactively evaluate, clarify, and address customer requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in alignment with company standards.
- Negotiate sales terms within approved parameters to ensure successful deals.
- Engage with both new and existing clients to strengthen business relationships.
- Stay updated on current products, industry trends, and company standards to deliver valuable market insights.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in an Engineering discipline, or a minimum of 5 years in a strategic sales environment, is preferred.
- Experience in electric motors and industrial sales is highly advantageous.
- A proactive, client-oriented team player with a strong commitment to achieving outcomes.
- Exceptional presentation skills for effective client communication.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Competence in MS Office programs, including MS Dynamics CRM.
