- Develop and nurture strong, professional relationships with clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage actively with End Users, Distribution Partners, Consulting Firms, and OEMs across Alberta.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and address client needs to maintain high service standards.
- Formulate and implement strategic account plans in line with company goals.
- Negotiate sales terms within approved limits to maximize profitability.
- Expand business by meeting with new and existing clients.
- Stay informed on product innovations, industry trends, and company standards.
- Provide valuable market insights to enhance product offerings and services.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in an Engineering field or a minimum of 5 years in strategic sales is preferred.
- Experience with electric motors and industrial sales is an asset.
- Client-focused, self-motivated team player with a strong drive for success.
- Proficient in delivering compelling presentations to clients.
- Demonstrated negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including MS Dynamics CRM.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship.
