Location: Vernon, BC
Pay Range: $21.55/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday - Flexibility between 11:15 AM to 5:15 PM daily (25 hours/week)What's the Job?Serving customers in the most efficient and courteous manner on the telephone and in personUp-selling and cross selling Corporate Products and ServicesHandling customer complaints and inquiriesWorking to resolve problem shipmentsWorking with Head Office, local management, Drivers, warehousing staff, account managers and other Corporate partners to ensure excellence in customer serviceAssisting customers with shipping details and account challengesLoading, scanning, logging and calling resolution freightCash reconciliation including deposits, key controlWhat's Needed?Customer service orientationAbility to problem solveExcellent in relationship buildingExperience and adaptation to using technologyExcellent communication skillsTakes personal responsibility and accountability for actions and situations3-12 Months Customer Service Experience preferred3-12 Months Retail Experience preferred3-12 Months using technology/ POS system Experience preferredAbility to lift 70lbs./stand for 3 hour intervalsProfessional communication skills: oral communication (telephone and in person);Written communication; and listening skillsExperience working in a team environment and independently an assetExperience working in an environment with safety standards an assetIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
