
Lead Product Owner

- Own and prioritize the marketing web product backlog, ensuring user stories and epics are well-defined, estimated, and aligned with business objectives and values.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and analytics teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and align with marketing goals.
- Apply Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) to manage and deliver web projects with timely, high-quality releases.
- Lead implementation of solutions supporting B2B and B2C digital marketing initiatives, including lead generation, campaign management, and content optimization.
- Drive release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure successful delivery of new web features and enhancements.
- Mentor team members in Agile best practices, design thinking, and product ownership to foster continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years delivering digital marketing or web-based products using Agile methodologies, with 2+ years as a Product Owner.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience with tools such as Jira and Opentext ALM Octane.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Agile and digital marketing certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) highly desirable.
- Experience with CMS and DAM systems, including Opentext Teamsite and Opentext Media Management. Highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and coding skills to design and develop complex solutions.
- Excellent communication, teamwork abilities, and passion for creating accessible, user-friendly web experiences.
