- Design and implement efficient project management processes that align with industry best practices and organizational goals
- Manage scheduling capacity to ensure optimal resource utilization and timely project delivery
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying risks and ensuring financial performance
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to align project execution with broader business objectives
- Conduct regular project reviews and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Use performance data to drive continuous improvement and enhance project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal policies, and client requirements
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain financial oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and ERP systems
