Working in close collaboration with hospitals, insurance providers, regional health organizations and workers’ compensation boards, Clearpoint delivers high-quality care across Canada meeting the needs of patients, while alleviating capacity pressure on public health systems.Clearpoint Health Network is recruiting for Accounts Payable Clerk professional.Preferred Location: BCRemote, Occasional visit to centreLanguages: Bilingual (French and English Preferred)Position SummaryThis position reports directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and is responsible for various accounting duties.Responsibilities:
Entry and coding high volume of invoices
Responding to vendor inquiries
Managing AP email account
Payment and processing of online and credit card transactions
Verify vendors’ statements and solve problems where past due invoices appear on statement
Review, verify and enter employee expense and corporate credit card reports
Assisting with pay run
Assisting with month-end AP accruals
Providing audit support
Providing reports and analysis as required
Ongoing accounting support; and other duties as required
Qualifications:
College Degree in accounting or relevant field from a recognized academic institution; Bachelor's Degree or higher is an asset
2-3 years’ bookkeeping experience preferred
Knowledge of Sage Intacct is an asset
Advanced working knowledge of Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Excels as part of a team with high attention to detail and precise operating methodology
