- Manage and optimize our networks, servers, and technology tools to ensure peak performance and business continuity.
- Install, configure, and upgrade new hardware and software to support our company's needs.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues and outages to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to proactively protect our systems from threats.
- Onboard new employees and manage user accounts and access permissions across our systems.
- Create and maintain an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
- Handle data backup and archiving and document all IT processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying current with the latest advancements in IT administration.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a System IT Administrator, IT Helpdesk, or in a similar role.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Proven proficiency in Google Services Administration.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a resourceful approach to challenges.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence is a plus
- Professional certifications are a plus
