- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to clarify contract terms and insurance requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract tracking systems, reports, and legal documentation logs.
- Summarize and abstract key contract provisions for project and executive teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project management, finance, executive team) to ensure smooth document flow.
- Support the development and implementation of improved contract management procedures.Who You Are:- Min 3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Contract Administrator, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record in contract review, negotiation, and administration.
- Strong understanding of subcontractor agreements, insurance clauses, and project documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with Power BI is an asset.
