Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $22-23/hourOverviewStaffworks is currently seeking two (2) Licensing Administrative Representatives to support our client's Licensing team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who excel in administrative processes, customer service, and working within structured regulatory environments. You will play a key role in supporting applicants throughout the licensing process while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional and courteous customer service to applicants, including responding to inquiries and offering guidance and support throughout the licensing processCommunicate application/file status to applicants, including submission deadlines, status updates, withdrawals, and file closuresReview and assess applicant documentation for completeness and accuracy; request additional information where requiredVerify documentation against defined standards to determine eligibility for progression to the next stage of assessmentPerform accurate and timely data entry, ensuring all applicant records are complete, up to date, and maintained with strict confidentialityCollaborate with the Team Lead, Senior Representative, and team members to ensure consistency and standardization of processesIdentify and proactively report issues or discrepancies requiring resolutionQualifications & ExperiencePost-secondary education in Business, Public Administration, or a related field3–5 years of relevant administrative or customer service experienceExperience working in structured, process-driven environments is preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrityClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesDemonstrates discretion, tact, and sound judgment when handling confidential informationProactive mindset with the ability to identify and escalate issues effectivelyFamiliarity with Aptify (registration database) and Applicants module is considered an asset**Staffworks may use AI-enabled tools to support recruitment activities while respecting privacy and employment regulations.**
