BMW Markham is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team.As a Compliance Administrator, you will use your stellar organizational skills to ensure that the paperwork, delivery and other activities regarding the sale of the vehicle have been initiated or completed.Here’s What You’ll be Doing:Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Brand Ambassador/Specialists.Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval. Ensure that funding documents are fully completed and signed by customers, then sent to the relevant funding company for processing.Confirm that deposit has been received for sold vehicles.Entering warranty purchases to DMS (CDK).Performs other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.Skills and QualificationsMinimum 1-2 years experience in a comparable role is requiredDetail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends) based on retail hours of operation.Experience with licensing, CDK and 180 is an asset.The Rewards:Starting salary - $45,000–$50,000 starting salary, with opportunities for progression based on performance and skill development.Health Benefits – full-time employees have access to health, dental, long-term disability and life insurance.Growth Potential – we want to support your success!
