Huawei Canada has an immediate 12-month contract opening for an Office Administrator.About the team:As a strategic partner supporting all of Huawei Canada, the Human Resource Department plays a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with corporate and legal standards. The Human Resource Department is committed to aligning workforce strategies with Huawei’s vision, driving sustainable growth and organizational effectiveness.About the job:Book hotels and flights, provide travel visa application and expense report instructions, as well as provide user guidelines to employees related to the internal IT systemManage supplies and equipment in office and meeting roomsOther administrative services, such as business card application, phone bill management, etc.Other duties shall be assigned as requiredThe total target annual compensation (based on 2,080 hours per year) ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.About the ideal candidate:Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, or relevant disciplineStrong knowledge of office procedures and practicesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)Resourceful and flexibleStrong English communication skills and organizational skillsAbility to schedule multiple duties/projects and handle stressful situationsFast learner with the ability to work unsupervised, including an evident work ethicDesire to contribute to a team environmentAdditional Information:Huawei Canada is committed to a fair, inclusive, and accessible recruitment process.
