- Support WCB claims management by coordinating documentation, communicating with adjusters, and tracking case progress through to resolution
- Assist with reporting on organizational risk exposures and help maintain tracking tools and dashboards
- Collaborate with internal teams (Safety, Legal, and Procurement) to support process improvements and supplier compliance initiatives
- Help maintain risk management policies, processes, and documentation for continuous improvement
- Participate in meetings with insurance and operations teams to understand how risk and safety intersect in a project environment
- Learn to interpret claims data and identify potential trends or risk areas for escalation
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, occupational health and safety, or a related field
- Interest or foundational knowledge in workers’ compensation, insurance, or enterprise risk management
- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with exposure to industrial and construction operations
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management or tracking systems is an asset
- This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Calgary Corporate Office
- The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with occasional additional hours as required
