- Most events are on Saturdays between 12:00pm and 12:00am with occasional shifts on other days of the week.
- Most shifts are 8-11 hours each.
- Approx. 80 shifts per year available to work (40 Saturdays, 40 other days)

- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead catering staff during events, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear and executed effectively.
- Event Setup and Coordination: Coordinate with event planners and clients to determine setup requirements, including table arrangements, decorations, and equipment needs.
- Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality food and beverage service during events, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients during events to ensure their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Quality Control: Monitor food presentation, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of catering supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Experience: Proven experience in event catering or hospitality management, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift 40 pounds.
