
Manager, Pricing Data & Analytics

- Own the end to end price testing strategy and framework → from modeling, to A/B testing, to implementation.
- Serve as a technical thought leader and build models on innovative pricing topics like geo-segmented pricing, dynamic pricing, and ML-driven discount recommendations.
- Develop frameworks, including but not limited to reports, processes, and analytical approaches to address price discrimination opportunities.
- Communicate complex technical topics to business leaders who do not have technical backgrounds, showing how data-driven insights connect to HelloFresh strategic initiatives and arriving at recommendations / tangible next steps.
- Collaborate with data science, finance, and marketing to develop a consistent approach to measure the impact of discounts with regards to gross and net revenue, short- and long-term (customer) profitability, and cross-effects to Marketing budgets.

- MSc in Business, Economics, Math or other quantitative discipline required
- 4+ years of professional work experience with experience in pricing analytics
- Outstanding technical skill in SQL and Excel, experience with Python preferred
- Experience devising and measuring the effectiveness of couponing initiatives in e-commerce using A/B testing
- Solid understanding of econometric models (price elasticity of demand, revenue management etc…)
- Basic understanding and use of most common machine learning algorithms.
- Experience building end-to-end data solutions utilizing a mix of the above.
