- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body (CNO)
- Additional certifications (e.g., CNA, LEAP, deSouza) are assets
- 1–2 years of recent relevant nursing experience, preferably in a community setting
- Experience with palliative, pediatrics, diabetes management, g/j tube, trach/vent care is an asset
- Valid G2 or G Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel within the Hamilton/Burlington area in all weather conditions
