Finishing Site Superintendent (High-Rise)

- Supervise contractors to ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors for timely and quality completion of finishing works
- Conduct inspections to ensure finishing quality meets standards
- Maintain accurate records of finishing activities and progress reports
- Review drawings and submittals for compliance with project specifications
- Conduct regular inspections to verify work progress and compliance
- Maintain updated 'as built' drawings
- Compile and submit project closeout documents, including O&M manuals and warranties
- Halt work if safety or quality concerns arise
- Prepare daily job diaries
- Ensure site compliance with the Health & Safety Plan
- Monitor on-site operations for quality compliance and address issues
- Communicate effectively with the project team to resolve design discrepancies
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a construction-related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in stack townhouse or mid-rise/high-rise residential construction
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and Microsoft Project software
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
