Our client is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on civil and road construction projects, including municipal roadwork, paving, grading, and infrastructure upgrades.The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded civil construction background , with hands-on experience across asphalt paving, site servicing, and roadbuilding scopes.Key responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations, crews, and subcontractors
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and material deliveries
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope
Liaise with project managers, inspectors, and municipal stakeholders
Oversee quality control across grading, milling, paving, and finishing works

Requirements:

5–10+ years of experience in civil / road construction
Strong background in paving, roadwork, and municipal infrastructure
Experience managing crews and multiple trades on active sites
Ability to read drawings and coordinate field execution
Solid understanding of safety standards and site procedures
