- Primary sales territory is Ontario, with potential coast-to-coast involvement
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- 15–20 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Background in Division 10 (washroom partitions, accessories, lockers, VDP) strongly preferred
- Background in Division 8 (doors, windows, glazing, hardware), plumbing, HVAC, or other construction-related sales also considered
- Must understand the construction industry, specification-driven sales cycles, and have been worked with architects and distributors
- CRM — Intermediate

- Division 10 products: washroom partitions, accessories, lockers, and visual display partitions (VDP)
- Products are specified on construction projects and sold primarily through a distributor network — not direct to end users
- Recognized brand in the Division 10 space with a broader, more comprehensive product range than most competitors
- Adjacent opportunities in Division 8 (doors, windows, glazing, hardware), Division 11, and Division 12 may also arise
- Key competitors include Hadrian, Bobrick, Bradley, Grattan Products, Inpro, and Accurate Partitions
- Distributors (primary channel)
- Architects and architectural firms (A&D specification)
- General contractors (Ellis Don, PCL, and similar)
- Specification-driven sales cycle — products are specified by architects on construction projects before orders flow through distributors
- The company generates a high volume of daily quotes through an automated quoting system — the rep filters, prioritizes, and follows up on the highest-value opportunities
- Success is measured by converting quotes and growing net sales above the baseline established at the time the rep starts
- Key accounts include major distributors and large construction projects with general contractors such as Ellis Don and PCL
- Bonus structure is tied directly to incremental growth — if the territory is at $5M when you join, you earn a bonus on every dollar above $5M
- Long sales cycles require persistence, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to stay close to both distributors and architects throughout the project lifecycle
- 100% inbound/warm — high volume of daily quotes generated through the automated quoting system
- 0% cold prospecting
- A&D outreach (lunch and learns, product binder updates with architectural firms) to drive future specification and pipeline
- Field-based role — daily customer and distributor visits across Ontario
- Occasional coast-to-coast travel possible
- Less than 5% overnight travel
- Initial onboarding in the Mississauga office to learn the full product line, quoting system, CRM, and internal processes
