In this hands-on role, you will lead the preparation of compilation engagements with the support of a dedicated team.This is an 100% in-office position based in Calgary. Responsibilities:

Prepare working papers, financial statements, and tax returns in adherence to firm standards, with a primary emphasis on compilation engagements.
Oversee and actively contribute to the preparation of more intricate and expansive projects.
Foster and manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for expanding our range of services.
Seamlessly integrate tax planning with comprehensive business consultation and support.

Qualifications:

CPA designation is not mandatory but considered an asset.
Bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in public accounting within a comparable professional environment.
Demonstrate proficiency in CaseWare, QuickBooks, and tax software such as TaxCycle, ProFile, or TaxPrep.
Showcase outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members alike.
