- Lead the strategic development and end-to-end delivery and lifecycle management of digital commercial payment products within Treasury and Cash Management.
- Driving growth, enhancing client value, and ensuring compliance across payment solutions like Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH, EFT, Interac, RTP, Real Time Rail & Bill Payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, manage risks, and deliver seamless experiences for Commercial Bank's clients.
- Lead coach & mentor a team of Product Owners working across multiple teams to maintain high-quality backlogs, clear user stories & prioritized delivery plans.
- Present insights to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans, release schedules, and execution roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of agile delivery practices and the judgment to flex them pragmatically.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Partner with sales and operations to support client acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs, market trends, and competitive benchmarks to inform product enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, cross-border regulations) and maintain risk assessments (RTA's).
- Manage third-party supplier relationships to improve product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to expand the product line and align with Bank's broader business goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance service levels.
- Conduct risk mitigation analyses and implement control measures to safeguard product integrity.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, cash management and payments in banking/financial services or Fintech.
- 6+ years in digital product delivery roles, with 3+ years leading Product Owners or similar roles.
- 6+ years of work experience and deep product knowledge of critical payment products and reporting including Wires, ACH, EFT, Bill payments, e-Transfers & Credit Cards.
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize stakeholders, and influence strategic outcomes.
- Robust analytical skills and data-driven decision-making expertise.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (AML, cross-border) and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or master's degree in business administration.
- Professional Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM.
- Proven experience shipping complex digital products within matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Deep understanding of agile delivery practices and the judgment to flex them pragmatically.
- Comfort navigating technical complexity including SDK integrations, platform dependencies, and partner technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
- High ownership, strong business orientation, and a proactive builder mindset.
