Our client, a profitable and prestigious manufacturing leader, is looking for a Director of Finance to spearhead a new era of operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will have the mandate to overhaul legacy processes and implement cutting-edge technology to modernize the finance function.This is more than a finance roleit is a transformation project. With a direct line to the Corporate CFO, you will bridge the gap between local manufacturing precision and global corporate strategy. If you have 10+ years of experience with exposure to manufacturing and a history for building and leveraging SAP, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.Work Arrangement:

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide operational controllership and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Improve the FP&A function and establish and implement high impact KPIs
Supervise, coach, and mentor a strong accounting and finance team.
Assess project profitability and identify cost reduction measures.
Partner with the business (Engineering, Quality, Materials, Sales) and provide financial insights to help drive the business
Implement new systems, software, workflows, and process improvement.
Build and develop internal controls
Provide fast reliable reporting
Work closely with external partners (auditors, tax advisors, banks and insurance)
Other ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications and Experience:

10+ years of finance/accounting experience with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
CPA required.
5 plus years of experience working for a manufacturing company is required.
Experience with change management and transformational leadership is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with SAP and accounting software, including implementations, or upgrades is required.
High level of organization and detail orientation.
Previous experience working as a business partner to operations is a must.
