
Territory Manager - Manitoba

- Comprehensive onboarding and formal training for success in a specialty care territory
- Ongoing support from sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure high performance
- Exposure to multi-channel selling approaches, including in-person, remote, and digital engagement
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales goals and business objectives in Manitoba
- Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver value-added solutions
- Deliver high-quality, science-based information to support HCPs in clinical decision-making
- Use data, insights, and customer knowledge to identify opportunities and prioritize activities within the territory
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing and Medical, to align strategies and maximize impact
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and all applicable regulations in every interaction and activity
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., health sciences, business, or related discipline)
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time across a broad territory
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Manitoba
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or direct experience working with healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system and its stakeholders, particularly within Manitoba
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms to manage customer interactions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable business plans
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset
