- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a product roadmap that aligns with our core business objectives and anticipates shifting industry trends.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the full product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing detailed PRDs to overseeing development and conducting post-launch analysis.
- Customer Discovery & Insights: Build a continuous feedback loop with our users, leveraging qualitative interviews and quantitative data to identify "unmet needs" and high-growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary bridge between Engineering, Design, and Sales to ensure every feature is technically feasible, beautifully designed, and commercially viable.
- GTM & Product Marketing: Partner with the leadership team to craft compelling product narratives and ensure successful market launches that drive adoption and retention.
- Organizational Scaling: Design the internal processes and "product operating system" that will allow the department to scale efficiently as the team grows.
- Leadership Pedigree: 5+ years of product leadership experience, with a proven track record of taking products from "0 to 1" and scaling them to significant market share.
- Startup DNA: Experience as a founding or early product hire in a startup; you thrive in high-autonomy environments where you are the primary decision-maker.
- Analytical Rigor: Deep proficiency in product analytics and the ability to turn raw data into a compelling product story.
- Design Intuition: A high bar for UI/UX; you understand that in today’s market, "good enough" is a risk, and you advocate for a seamless, intuitive user journey.
- Technical Literacy: You can hold your own in a deep-dive architectural discussion with the Director of Engineering and understand the trade-offs of different tech stacks.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from presenting to the Board to rallying the engineering team around a new feature.
- Team Building & Leadership: Build the product department from the ground up—identifying who we need to hire next and leading the recruitment and mentorship of future Product Managers and Designers as we scale.
