What you will do· Assist with preparation of pitch books, teasers and confidential information memorandums and management presentations· Prepare integrated historical and projected financial models to support key decision making· Assist in identification of potential acquisition targets, purchasers and/or investors.· Communicate directly with a variety of parties including clients, other advisors and transaction counterparties.· Assist in coordinating and organizing due diligence for clients.· Provide analytical and market research information (i.e. public company pricing multiples, industry research, etc.)
