We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and teams while ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. Responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring quality assurance. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills are preferred.
  • Consult with clients and stakeholders to define project controls, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Draft and manage contracts for consultants, specialists, and contractors, including endorsements, amendments, and change orders.
  • Oversee consultant services, including drawings, specifications, supervision, and work acceptance.
  • Attend site meetings with professionals and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and supervise all site activities.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of project schedules and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Manage customer and subcontractor payment requests, review shop drawings and samples, and address technical questions related to plans and specifications.
  • Monitor and resolve "Conflict Detections" during BIM project execution and ensure effective handling of project deficiencies and amendments.

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, specifically with a strong emphasis on high-rise condominium developments.
  • A minimum of 2 completed high-rise projects is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Preferred qualifications include a degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with PMP certification or similar credentials being a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC).
