Since 2012, EdenPark has serviced a wide network of automobile dealers and tens of thousands of consumers from coast to coast.Come join Eden Park a Bilingual Customer Service RepresentativeAbout the role:Providing exceptional and professional service on every interaction and building rapport with our customersReceiving and placing customer service calls regarding any product/billing issues, service questions and general client inquiriesResolving problems by clarifying the customer’s challenge and offering the best solution for EdenPark and our customers.Assisting customers in making changes to their payment arrangements, banking information and insurance recordsFriendly and helpful onboarding calls with new customersResponding to customer emails promptly in accordance with our core valuesWhat we're looking for:You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and FrenchYou thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.You have amazing conflict resolution skills and the ability to make decisions independently.You remain calm while solving issues and have the patience to deescalate difficult situations.You are tech savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and OutlookClear criminal reference checkExtra- awesome to have:Previous experience in a call centre, automotive related business, or financial services organizationPost-secondary educationWorking conditions:Hybrid position with mandatory 3 days in office. Full time in office during probation.You have flexible availability to work. Working hours can range anywhere between 8:00 AM to 9 PM EST Monday to Saturday; schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating.What you’ll love about working here:
