  • Immerse yourself in the technical details of indexing and index calculation.
  • Understand and monitor daily index calculations, ensuring accuracy and stability.
  • Understand corporate actions and assess their impact on index composition and values.
  • Communicate index changes and adjustments internally and externally with clarity and precision.
  • Act as a trusted partner for our clients, responding to inquiries from global financial institutions and resolving complex technical or data-related issues.
  • Ensure the integrity and timely delivery of data to clients and partners.
  • Drive the development of new index calculation tools and methodologies.
  • Drive process improvement through automation and workflow optimization.
  • Work in a global team, collaborating with colleagues in Frankfurt and Hong Kong to support our 24/7 index operations.
Your Profile
  • Academic background with a degree in Economics, Finance, Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in index services, financial data, or a similar domain.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural, global team.
  • Strong client orientation and interest in the passive asset management ecosystem.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Practical knowledge of coding or scripting is a plus.
  • Interetsted in working with data, technology, and quantitative analysis.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
