
2026 Winter - HR, Supplier Risk Management Intern (8 Months)

- Collaborate with Procurement and HR Business Units on contract management, including updates, renewals, and addendums
- Drive special projects and initiatives to completion, including the build-out of an HR Vendor Management intranet platform
- Assist in the completion of supplier risk assessments and required due diligence
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies and effectiveness in vendor management across HR and RBC
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including HR Business Units, Procurement, and the Functions Supplier Management Office
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Problem-solving skills, business sense and the ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and motivated to take initiative in order to identify ways to add value and improve practices
- Highly proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with supplier/vendor management or procurement

- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2026 ; or
