- Lead the Food Services department in conjunction with direct reports and coordinates food service activities to meeting the nutritional needs of the residents in accordance with budgets and legislative parameters.
- Adopt Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends
- Educate teams on key levers to improve margins
- Bring value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Follow Operational Excellence fundamentals by maintaining food and labour initiatives
- Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of P&L statements

- Requires proof of two (2) Covid vaccines, flu shot and MMR vaccine - or willing to obtain
- Must be an active member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM)
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Food and Nutrition Management Program
- Alternative education is a Bachelor's degree with a Major in Food and Nutrition
- A minimum of 2 years' management experience including administration, and supervision in a Long-Term Care or Senior Living setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, management, the residents, and Client representatives
