Project: This individual has been supporting an ongoing ISO project, and continuity is critical to maintain delivery timelines and mitigate operational risk. The contractor will ensure uninterrupted progress.Dimensions
- Projects under 5MM – 20MM ($ CAD)
- Global accountability
- Management of all project finance
- Knowledge of Capital Markets
- Project Management experience with Technology and Strategic implementations
1) 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager or related financial industry or regulatory experience
2) 5+ years of experience in regulatory projects (example: ISO, SWIFT) as a project management
3) 5+ years - Experience of working within change management programs
4) Experience of managing senior stakeholders / running meetings/ preparing presentations is crucial for this role
5) Ability to use Microsoft Office – Advanced excel and PowerPoint. Power BI is an assetNice to have:
1) Previous have experience in capital markets project management
2) Previous exp with Settlements and derivatives for ISO standardsSoft Skills Required:
- Very strong communication skills, ability to work with all levels of stakeholders including executive levels.
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- Highly motivated and result oriented
- Strong collaboration skills with facilitating and coordination skills is critical
- Detail-oriented
- Bachelor’s Degree level or above education, ideally in business, financial or technology
- Must have or working towards their PMP certification
The ideal candidate will be a strong Project manager with recent experience with regulatory projects (example: ISO, SWIFT). Excellent communication skills with proven experience with managing senior stakeholders / running meetings/ preparing presentations is crucial.
