- Partner with IT, SRE, platform, and operations stakeholders to identify, assess, and document automation opportunities aligned to program objectives.
- Perform process and operational analysis, leveraging current‑state workflows, operational pain points, reliability risks, and failure patterns to shape automation use cases.
- Use operational intelligence dashboards and metrics to uncover, validate, and refine automation opportunities.
- Ensure high‑quality automation intake artifacts, including:
- Refining requirements with stakeholders
- Translating requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Maintaining data quality and consistency within Jira tickets and related tooling
- Collaborate closely with Automation Architects and delivery teams to ensure requirements are well‑defined, feasible, and outcome‑focused prior to development.
- Support the automation intake, prioritization, and delivery lifecycle, including tracking progress and outcomes.
- Define and manage KPIs and success metrics to measure the performance, adoption, and business impact of the automation program.
- Support the production of release notes and coordinate communication of new automation features and enhancements to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder communications for demo sessions, showcases, and training workshops, including coordinating schedules and readiness.
- Assist internal demo presenters by providing guidance on demo structure, format, and storytelling to ensure consistent, effective sessions.
- Develop and maintain documentation standards, including automation user guides and how‑to materials.
- Help manage a centralized automation and AI information hub, curating content such as documentation, demos, best practices, and capability overviews to improve awareness and adoption across stakeholders.
- Support post‑implementation validation to confirm expected value and outcomes are realized.
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role supporting IT, platform, or operations teams.
- Proven experience supporting technology‑driven initiatives, preferably in automation, platform engineering, SRE, or operational environments.
- Strong skills in requirements refinement, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to translate ambiguous inputs into clear, actionable user stories.
- Experience maintaining high‑quality work items in tools such as Jira, including ensuring completeness, consistency, and traceability of requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to analyze and leverage operational intelligence dashboards, KPIs, and service metrics to identify opportunities, validate impact, and measure outcomes.
- Experience defining or tracking performance and outcome metrics to assess value realization and program effectiveness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex initiatives and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
