Robert Half is seeking for a Fleet & Procurement Analyst for a Mississauga client. The focus of this role will be on all aspects of fleet operations. The role centers on vendor management, fleet utilization analysis, daily operations, and supporting procurement activities. This is a 12-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement with 3-4 days onsite.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of our company fleet, including vendor coordination and issue resolution.
  • Analyze fleet usage/costs; prepare regular reports, recommendations, and ensure accuracy in SAP.
  • Work closely with sales reps to address fleet inquiries and maintain driver satisfaction.
  • Track fleet inventory, maintain documentation, and support compliance efforts.
  • Assist with procurement activities, including supporting RFPs, contracts, and supplier onboarding.
  • Help implement and maintain key platforms (Coupa, Concur) for procurement.
  • Support transition to sustainable fleet solutions.
  • Collaborate with finance and business ops for strategy, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • MBA strongly preferred; business degree required.
  • Analyst-level candidates: MBA with 2+ years’ relevant fleet experience.
  • Project Manager candidates: Business degree (non-finance), 2+ years’ operational or project experience.
  • Demonstrated fleet management and vendor coordination in a prior role.
  • Familiarity with SAP reporting; Excel proficiency (basic/standard level).
  • Experience supporting procurement/RFPs/contract processes.
  • Familiarity with Coupa, Concur or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
