- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders
- Plan, organize, and manage project activities to achieve milestones and deadlines
- Lead projects through all phases, from planning and execution to close‑out
- Monitor progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Track expenditures, review costs, approve payments, and manage project budgets
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date project documentation and records
- Apply and continuously improve project management tools, processes, and best practices
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus and attention to detail
- 5+ years of experience managing housing or construction‑related projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software tools
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risk
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing demands
- Professional judgment and high standards of conduct
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to attend off‑site meetings
- Ability to meet background screening requirements
