- Coordinate and manage system enhancements, releases, and project activities across multiple workstreams
- Maintain project documentation (RFCs, requirements, test plans, decision logs, communications)
- Lead and support testing cycles (UAT, defect validation, deployment readiness)
- Provide functional support for the Case Management System, including issue triage and escalation
- Ensure alignment of system updates with business needs and governance standards
- Keep documentation, templates, and business resources up to date
- Perform data validation, quality assurance, and integrity checks
- Gather reporting requirements and develop dashboards/metrics
- Produce and distribute reports aligned with operational and governance needs
- Monitor trends, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, documentation, and follow-ups
- Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions to leadership
- Support change management and communication strategies
- Identify risks proactively and manage escalation
- Maintain and update websites and online portals
- Prepare Requests for Change (RFC) and Requests for Service (RFS)
- Coordinate and ensure completion of UAT for digital updates
- Troubleshoot issues with vendors and IT teams
- Support development of forms, templates, and digital resources
- Support senior leadership with reporting and coordination
- Collaborate with IT Systems Lead and program directors
- Align system updates and reporting with business priorities
- Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and milestones
- Support system users and facilitate communication across teams
- Provide cross-training and backup support as needed
- Contribute to modernization and digital transformation initiatives
- 8+ years of IT project management experience
- 8+ years in project governance, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration
- 5+ years experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- 5+ years leading strategic initiatives and defining project scope/deliverables
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and complex requirements
- Strong experience in integrated planning and execution
- PMP certification (or equivalent)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience with:
- Data integration
- Change management on large systems
- Complex IT system analysis and integration
- Translating business needs into technical solutions
- Onsite role in Edmonton (limited remote work possible)
- Work must be performed within Canada
- Hours: 7.25/day, 36.25/week
- Must reside in Alberta during contract
