Our team delivers advisory services across mergers & acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt capital markets, and strategic corporate finance. The UBS Global Banking Canada team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and insights to our clients.
We operate across two offices in Toronto and Montreal.Your expertise
- strong knowledge and hands-on experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions or capital markets
- ideally 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services
- bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
- advanced financial modeling and valuation skills with high accuracy
- proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; able to create client-ready materials under tight deadlines
- adaptable, curious, and capable of working across sectors and product areas
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with clients and senior stakeholders
- must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
