Media BuyerReady to take the reins of high-impact growth campaigns and turn data into momentum? We’re on the hunt for a Media Buyer who lives and breathes digital acquisition, a sharp strategist and hands-on optimizer who thrives on testing, scaling, and creative problem-solving across top performance channels.What You’ll Do
  • Design, launch, and refine paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt , with a focus on driving top-quality mobile installs and first-time deposits.
  • Take charge of 7-figure monthly budgets , ensuring strong ROAS, engagement, and lifetime value performance.
  • Use AppsFlyer for tracking, attribution, and event-based optimization.
  • Lead the creative testing process , collaborating closely with design and motion teams to build and iterate on high-performing ad concepts.
  • Build and manage A/B testing frameworks that uncover winning audiences, creatives, and placements.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns in real-time for cost efficiency, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop robust tracking, reporting, and analytics frameworks to provide visibility across all funnels.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, attribution changes, and privacy trends , adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Blend brand and performance strategies to maximize cross-channel synergy and growth opportunities.
  • Experiment with new acquisition channels , including programmatic, influencer, and emerging ad networks.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt.
  • Proven record of managing large-scale budgets and delivering measurable performance growth.
  • Deep understanding of bid strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization .
  • Experience with mobile app marketing , including AppsFlyer tracking and post-install event optimization.
  • Strong collaboration skills — especially with creative and content teams .
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with data interpretation and actionable insights .
  • Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ROAS improvement .
  • Bonus points for experience in iGaming , familiarity with S2S setups , and hands-on use of AppsFlyer, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Events API .
