- As a strategic leader, you’ll align HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employments laws and regulatory requirements.
- You’re driven to support and influence Insurance leaders in planning, initiating, leading, implementing and evaluating employee initiatives including the design and implementation of employee engagement strategies.
- As a strategic leader, you’ll align HR initiatives with association objectives, cultivating a positive workplace culture, You’ll work closely with multiple leaders and stakeholders across the association to drive these efforts.

- You’ll create, implement, and sustain policies, programs, and practices that enhance employee engagement and intentionally connect and involve staff throughout the organization, ensuring alignment with the core values.
- You’ll advise on best practices and strategies to attract, motivate, develop, and retain staff.
- You’ll be an active participant as a member of the senior leadership team of the business unit to support and provide input into strategic priorities.
- You’ll partner with all areas of Human Resources and provide expertise into the implementation of a comprehensive talent strategy including talent acquisition, onboarding, total rewards, organizational design and effectiveness, employee development, and employee engagement.
- Alongside the Executive Team, you’ll support organizational succession planning and leadership development processes.
- You’ll collaborate with association leaders to anticipate, request, and design the scope of future people requirements based on business, industry, and market conditions.
- You’ll take the lead on the performance management process, ensuring leaders are equipped to engage in constructive and ongoing feedback and coaching.
- You’ll maintain current knowledge and application of all legal and regulatory requirements relating to employment and ensure organizational compliance. This includes advising leaders and ensuring HR programs, practices, and policies are aligned.
- You’ll apply critical thinking and thought leadership to diagnose complex performance issues and work with business leaders to prepare solutions and support implementation.
- You’ll provide direct leadership to HR Advisors with a strong focus on coaching, career development, performance management, and employee engagement.

- You have a post-secondary education in Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- You have a minimum of ten years’ progressive HR/operations experience, partnering with senior leadership to develop, align and implement HR and organizational development strategies.
