- Assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding processes to meet staffing requirements at all levels
- Perform various clerical and administrative tasks
- Assist with current year HR strategies
- Contribute to project work aligned to the field of Human Resources
- Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong computer proficiency with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive situations or information.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong observation, critical‑thinking, and analytical abilities.
- This role is based in a professional office setting with regular interaction. It requires consistent on-site presence and collaboration.
